THIS IS A STUDENT-FRIENDLY HOUSE, WE WELCOME STUDENT GROUPS, CHURCH GROUPS, AND SPORTS TEAMS. PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE  FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN ARE WELCOME.   THE BEACH IS ACROSS THE STREET, AND WALK TO GROCERIES, PIZZA, AND THE CHERRY GROVE PIER.

Rentals run from Sunday to Sunday during the months of May-August. 

After your booking, we can add extra items to your stay such as pet fee $300, whole house linen package $385 

There is always a full bucket of cleaning supplies provided to keep things clean for your use during your stay. 

Bedroom 1 has 1 king bed

Bedroom 2 has  1 queen bed

Bedrooms 3,4,5,6,and 7  all have 2 full beds each
