What is a Personal Property Manager? 

Personal Property Management involves assigning your property to one of our property managers at Cherry Grove Beach Houses. Your dedicated property manager is your one call solution.  They will manage all aspects of your property, including cleaning, inspections, check-ins, service calls, maintenance, and more. Should you have any questions or concerns, you can directly contact your personal property manager anytime; day or night. Say goodbye to the days of navigating through a chain of representatives by calling the front office of your management company. Your personal property manager is your "one call solves all contact".  Each homeowner will have the personal phone number of their manager. To ensure that your property receives dedicated care and attention, we limit the number of houses assigned to each property manager to a maximum of 10. This practice guarantees that your property manager can focus on a select number of houses, ensuring that your property is well taken care of and managed effectively.

• We meet each guest at the property at check-in time 
  • We give them the door-code, show them around the property, and answer any questions they may have.  This creates a good relationship with the guests which results in repeat bookings.

• We perform inspections after each cleaning with the cleaner present 
  • We meet each cleaner at the property when they are finished cleaning to inspect.  After inspection is passed, the cleaner will be paid on the spot.  If the house is not clean, the cleaner will NOT be paid.  This system ensures cleanliness.  
• We guarantee to outperform your current management company or we will pay you the difference
  • We offer a monetary guarantee to make you more money than your previous management company.   If we fail, we will write you a check for the difference out of our own pocket.      p.s. we have not wrote any checks :)
