1.  Full Service Property Management

Our full service management is the total hands off approach for a homeowner.  We take care of everything from start to finish! Renting your investment property has never been easier and more profitable than it is when you partner with us.  We guarantee to outperform your current management team or we will pay you the difference.  For homeowners, this means no risk or stress - just guaranteed results.  

Full Management Includes:

  • Renting Out Your Property 
    • We use a variety of booking systems to book our properties.  Primarily through our website, which is our biggest marketing tool.  When guests search "beach houses for rent in Cherry Grove" our company, Cherry Grove Beach Houses, is first on the list.  
    • We also use 3rd party booking systems such as AirBnb, VRBO, and
    • Cleaning & Inspections
      • Cleaning is the biggest issue in the vacation rental business; but we have it solved.  We use a 3rd party cleaning service.  After each cleaning, we meet the cleaner at the property to fully inspect the job before they leave the property. 
      • Before the guest checks-out we do another inspection. This inspection is to ensure that nothing at or on the property is damaged or broken. In the event that something is damaged, we immediately bill the guest.
    • 24/7 Guest Support
      • With our personalized service we meet each guest at the property at check-in time.  We show them around the property, be sure they are satisfied with the cleaning, and to leave a support number to contact if they have any issues during their stay.  In the event there is an issue, we go solve it.  
    • Maintenance 
      • We conduct regular maintenance inspections after each check-out.  If there is a maintenance issue, we immediately inform the owner and offer solutions to fix the issue.  
    • Pool/Spa Cleaning 
      • If your property has a pool or hot tub, we have licensed pool cleaners to help ensure they are taken care of properly. 
    • Owners Portal 
      • All homeowners have access to an Owners Portal to view their bookings, revenue, and block out dates.  
    • Lawn Care
      • We have an experienced lawn care team ready to tackle any lawn care needs.  
    • Handing Payouts
      • At the beginning of each month, we send out payouts for the previous month.  Sit back and collect a check! 

    2.  Partial Service Property Management
